wonder if this is why gaming hardware manufacturers are pivoting to government work. Could a high powered graphics card be considered a WMD in the very near future?

How much of the AI software is GPL?
Because this EO will terminate all rights under GPL to use the software
    >12. No Surrender of Others' Freedom.
    >If conditions are imposed on you (whether by court order, agreement or otherwise) that contradict the conditions of this License, they do not excuse you from the conditions of this License. If you cannot convey a covered work so as to satisfy simultaneously your obligations under this License and any other pertinent obligations, then as a consequence you may not convey it at all. For example, if you agree to terms that obligate you to collect a royalty for further conveying from those to whom you convey the Program, the only way you could satisfy both those terms and this License would be to refrain entirely from conveying the Program.
ie. Biden just wiped all GPL AI software in the US

        NOPE
That would require every single contributor to the software to agree to the change
If you even corrected a spelling error in documentation, you can wiener block it

are these contributors aware of the patriot act?

It will be an interesting day in court if Ai, government or private company sponsored, commits implicit bias.
          >You used Ai to hire your software devs?
          Yes
          >They are all white though? (black/asian whatever want homosexual)
Ok, the US gov will be suing you for violation of Civil Rights Act.

It’s coming to place where Ai will only be monetized in stocks and illicit affairs, fraud etc

they'll keep trying to cut off the head of racism and then act surprised when three heads grow back every time

2018 called they want their hot take back. With cloud computing the issue is the software, not licenses. Who gives a flying frick what license is used when any cloud company will suspend you. In current year the issue is building models local or using cloud, aka globohomo. Copyleft hasnt delivered and I task you with refuting this point. Force every single company GPL and you still have bad actors

Prejudice has no place in the workplace. It should be merit based hiring considering everyone while accounting for inherent strengths and weaknesses of people. Ai, technically, could ensure Civil Rights were followed with people who are deserving and not nepotism etc. Or it will be used to target personalities specifically, then creating personalities to match companies. Scary times coming

    >It requires that developers of AI systems that pose risks to U.S. national security, the economy, public health or safety share the results of safety tests with the U.S. government, in line with the Defense Production Act, before they are released to the public.
    >It also directs agencies to set standards for that testing and address related chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and cybersecurity risks, according to the White House.
    >The official said the executive order had the force of law and the White House believed that legislative action from Congress was also necessary for AI governance.
    >only governments could tackle the risks posed by AI

seriously, take a look into Five Eyes (FYES) and their programs circa 2013. Even 10 years ago they were processing the entire internet stream, google's internal data, and more. Think of what they're capable of today.

    >U.S. officials have warned that AI can heighten the risk of bias and civil rights violations and Biden's executive order seeks to address that by calling for guidance to landlords, federal benefits programs and federal contractors "to keep AI algorithms from being used to exacerbate discrimination," the release said.
    >The order also calls for the development of "best practices" to address harms that AI may cause workers, including job displacement, and requires a report on labor market impacts.
so in other words he wants bias against white males to persist while taking away a useful tool that could use statistics and pattern matching to accurately predict workplace thieves (Black folk and teen girls), communist infiltrators (soft science graduates) and lazy people who will do no work and still demand pay (trannies).
