My wish is that Black person music will become worthless (less than its already worth) because people can make something better with just a click. But in reality it'll just be used to create an infinite amount more of the same garbage because you can make something to mumble to that much easier.

Can AI create a grunge or 70s rock revival? I hate modern music so much.

Mainstream music has been made throught AI for years lol. At most, giving this tool to the normies will expose that and music will get better as a result because people will relate AI to the goyslop music they listened to and they will get bored causing a paradigm shift. But im too optimistic.

Yes, you are and generative AI is incapable of creativity.

It will kill creativity, and you will be stuck if "future radio" from Atomic Heart.

the creativity on the mainstream is already dead. You just have different version of rap and whatever pop-generic taylor swift-esque music they pump out. Using AI will make no difference on the mainstream

I mean it will kill it in the long run.

Same as when renaissance killed itself with "we invented everything, we're doomed".

In long run people will stop trying to be innovative, AT ALL.

Even Chans are becoming continuous recycling of the same old crap, slightly worse at each iteration.

          >Chan's back then: solve a millenial problem anonymously
          >Chan's now: you brown, no u bulli, KIK social traps everywhere
          Fricking hell...

people who need to be creative will always be creative, and people who truly value art (not just enjoy the aesthetics) will always seek out human art

which is to say that it won't kill it, but it will become niche

Tennessee alread passed law making it illegal to use an artist voice in AI generated songs. Goes into effect June 1st. I guess I can make AI songs until then. I have no clue how they will enforce it though unless DMCA takedown list the state the offender is located in.

Some artist encourage AI songs as long as they get a percentage of any money made from the songs. It's a gay world we are heading into where everything will be fake and gay.

Let's be honest that's already the case but it will be way cheaper when AI becomes very good in all fields.

For long time already, artists have been making most their income from live shows. Making money from selling records or spotify streams is peanuts. Maybe some superstars make decent money from spotify.

Its funny that some AI bros think that they make money with these toys, when in music and visual art there has been the concept of "starving artists" for ages.
