What Happens to everyone when AI and Robots take over jobs in less than 30 years?

The rate of AI progression is beyond expectation. What will TPTB do with everyone after (or before) the AI and Robot takeover?

Who will have money with no job to buy?

It's certainly an issue. I don't think that >all< jobs will be replaced by AI. And one contingency the regime has is to put everyone on welfare to recycle/cannibalize the economy to perpetuate it just a little bit longer.
Ultimately, I foresee a major collapse like a star running out of gas to consume.

Robots literally cannot do manual work. Simple things like picking up trash from the floor and disposing it are beyond any robotic capabilities now and for the foreseeable future. Cope and seethe lol

in 5+ years general AI has reached unimaginable levels of intelligence and productivity.
7+ years AI develops new humanoid robot designs
10+ years humanoid robots start to take over simple jobs in mass

I don't think so, sure ChatGPT and other bots are sounding smart now but if you try to use them for some elaborate tasks they cannot reason for you. We are far away from some AI getting so smart it takes over people's work, it will however lead to productivity increase, breakthrough increase and reduction of most low-skill white collar jobs that are St risk of automation anyways.

I cannot foresee an AI that can deal with developing, testing and maintaining systems, which is the majority of the industrial infrastructure normal people don't see. Sure cashier's and gutter cleaner, they might be at risk, and bean counters and coffee deliverers, but people who need to think and present to decision makers, also decision makers and capitsl holders are not going to be taking orders or listening blindely to AI black boxes.

Tl;Dr, if you are fearful, it's a skill issue, otherwise stop fear mongering.

Aren't the majority of jobs cashier's, gutter cleaners, and bean counters/coffee deliverers. Thats like 80% of jobs.

I don't think 80%, maybe 5%. They should learn2code/weld and git gud. Or start doing fentanyl.

I don't think there are really that many jobs that can be automated and be cost effective. Would you rather have a 50k robot sweeping the streets that need maintenance every week by a skilled technician which charges 100/h or pay some bloke minimum wage?

          >and capitsl holders are not going to be taking orders or listening blindely to AI black boxes.

You're right and when they don't they will watch everyone who does make record profits and surpass them.

TPTB will round people up and feed them into the meat grinder.

When they have no more use for you, and you can't make them money, then you will just be in their way.

These are not the kind of people who will do a flippo and turn into Nice Guys who bestow Universal Basic Income on the unwashed masses. That is not who these people are.

How will the rich stay rich if the very thing that caused them to be rich (the modern capitalist economy) disappears?
Also, why do we expect the rich to all just get along like robots? We can observe today and in history immense conflicts between individuals and groups. You can say it's all kabooki theater but it just doesn't make sense that normal people made rich would suddenly lose the selfishness, competitiveness, and simple differences of opinion that drives this kind of conflict.

I'm actually old enough to remember newspapers with same headers: 'how will we prepare for robots taking our jobs in 10 years' and such
    written in late 70's.
Never happened. Neither will this. Believing true AI is possible... Thinking gay toys like GPT can go any further than helping you do homework for that special school for reres you're goin to blud. Shiet nig.
