AI contracts are audited to see whether you are employing an AI in ciscumstances where you can hire a US citizen. Similar to immigration laws you will need to demonstrate that you tried to employ humans for the job.

Either AI will force a more impartial gender equality in the workplace or it will exacerbate existing sexism, but regardless, people will be upset.
