Problem: I play NFS Unbound on console and don’t have the ability to tamper with game files so I can’t see the mathematical formulas that is utilized to determine the class and class rating of a vehicle based on changing car parts.
The 2nd part of this problem is that when I build a car for a specific class, the stats look good… no great, but it performs like dogshit and I know that although it could be my building, I suspect its some funky math formulas and want to see what they are to better help me build.
Proposed Solution: currently in the process of gathering all possible data (picrel) to feed into ChatGPT and then request ChatGPT to utilize are mathematical knowledge it has to determine what the values of all parts individually and in combination produces.
I am posting this here in hopes of other players with similar issues and ideas for fixing it can give me any insight on HOW to feed this data and HOW to ask ChatGPT to operate upon the data I provide.
Any help will be appreciated, I hope this isn’t going to rub players wrong, I proposed the same in a discord for the game (not as indepth as this) and was met with bare trolls and automatic hostility being told “UsE tHe BeSt ToOl, ThE hUmAn NuErAl NeTwOrK, yOuR bRaIn” lol

I understand I'd have to do this for every car, so for now I am only focusing on my favorite car and have purchase 2mill in parts (all parts available)
wanted to add that so that you all are aware I understand the depth of work needed to make this a fully functioning chatgpt help agent, I may do that but again for now just focusing on the car I drive the most.

What you're asking for can either be done with pure math, which you don't know, or with specialized tools for code inspection, which you don't have.
So outsource to a mathgay now or wait 3 or 4 years for GPT to catch up, but you'll still have to give the AI all the data and I do mean ALL of it. Surfaces, vehicle stats, interactions, scores for performance (which you have to provide), etc.

I don't think Chat GPT will be any good, I'd rather plug this into some data modeling software like Statistical and rely on the AI assistant (like GPT) for a detailed analysis

not really, the actual analysis would be than by the data modeling program, you could use GPT to e.x. suggest what parameters to use in distribution analysis, or help you identify coupled variables

Not at this level yet although I wish it was. You're wasting your time working towards that. Think of Chat GPT as super google + a personal tutor. If you're clever with you're proompting, you could get it to handhold you through the process of doing some statistical analysis on the data you gather. Open a few chats and start workshopping/brainstorming ideas with it on how to map out the physical model the cars are using in the game. Good luck OP.

No, not in the sense it would impact numbers for the cars rating and class.
I don't own a pc version of the title or the capabilities with my current pc to datamine anything which is why I am seeking the aid of something like ChatGPT with it's capabilities to crunch numbers better than any human.

no, that doesn't make sense to me for several reasons but I am not trying to get defensive or aggressive but its a bit, a lot, frustrating to keep hearing suggestions on what I should do besides ChatGPT and I didn't ask for suggestions outside of ChatGPT, so no Anon, it doesn't make more sense to me because;
1. I can't datamine
2. I am on console so running scripts isn't easily possible and I won't run Cronus Zen for fear I'll be banned.
3. I asked SPECIFICALLY about a SPECIFIC piece of technology, not this other stuff you all are suggesting.

Anon, I understand your frustration but you can't be surprised people recommend you a more fitting solution than what you are trying to do. It's like getting mad at people recommending you a hammer to fix a loose nail instead of ways to use a saw for it, you are using a tool for a purpose it really wasn't designed for or at least it's not there yet.

It’s really a task for me to be respectful when online chatting because now society does this super irritating thing where if Person A rejects the suggestion and advice by Person B, Person B then says something inflammatory as if to toss a grenade behind their back as they exit the room after initiating a verbal fight, lol.

I wasn’t disrespectful to you all (not in any intentional manner but it seems you and other anons feel disrespected by my rejection of your suggestions) I was clear as possible as to What problem I had, what solution I’d come to and the additional legwork I know I have to do to ‘train’ the AI Agent. But for some odd reason, reply after reply completely neglected my request for assistance on how to train the agent and instead gave me every other suggestion under the sun. One anon even repeated the same suggestion after I explained I wasn’t capable of datamining lol, even provided examples in picrel.
