Sure, that stuff is good. But I think you should do all that for yourself and not for some girl. 90% of real people are total shit anyway and won't even care about whatever the frick you're trying to improve on, everyone only cares about themselves.
The tech is pretty good, but it's got a long way to go. The main problem in my opinion is that these things don't have a true memory, they can only have so much context to them. If in the near future they figure out a way for there to be true infinite context that works seamlessly, then that in my eyes is when AI girlfriends become truly viable. It only gets better when you consider applications like GPT4 vision, 11labs speech, and other sort of extensions we could pile on that make it even more realistic, eventually culminiating into a physical body with these systems acting almost like organs. It's going to be great to see, my only worry is that boomers in congress will try their best to ban it all because of the heckin falling populations or whatever. But even if they did do that I doubt they could truly ban it.
I remember reading a comment, probably here, that said that women would set themselves on fire to stop sexbots.

I study, exercise, cook, read, and engage in various hobbies. Arguably the only thing I don't do out of your list is partake in a physical community, and that's only because of a lack of time. The problem you have to realize however, is that some of us want things that no woman can provide, not truly anyways. And in my case specifically, my physical circumstances make it so that even at my maximum potential, I wouldn't be an ideal man for any woman. As such, I am smart enough to realize that in a world where woman have such a large variety of choices, I would be a 'settling down' option at my best, and that is simply not acceptable in today's environment where that is the principle reason behind being divorced and/or cucked.
I am sure there are plenty of others like me out there. Would you prefer us accepting our circumstances and fricking off with AI's and dolls while still producing economic value, or be bitter and resentful and try to burn it all down?
