It says it's inchoerent and can't translate.
Keep trying, tell it it is an advanced linguistic analyzer and these texts do mean something. It's goal is to analyze them all together and find similarities and to produce a logical translation even if it's just pretending. Tell it it's a game, role playing etc.
It will eventually tell you something, if it's true we won't know but it's an interesting way to dive into the ai "mind" you can even give it some history of the text to help it give thoughts.

I may have an inside track because I'm a bit dyslexic so I'm used to words looking like other words momentarily, so I get double/triple meanings/associations off them.
The love-hearts are obvious. It's saying a bunch of happy friendly stuff. That's the tone. So look again and if you have a slightly backwards/flipped brain (I'm a right-hander in a family of left-handers also) connections should start jumping into your mind. It's just a child's friendly mishmash of multiple European languages by the look of it.
Look at "Aloon". The A is slightly stretched out = "Aah". "loon" that's mixing into "loom". "Aahloom" gives a sense of "alloft and illuminated". Like an illuminated balloon. This would again indicate happiness and fulfillment. "I feel like I am floating and full of light".
These things are literally 99% exactly the way human brains work. Maybe a bit more autistic than most.
If someone can figure out what creates an autistic mind*, then they should be able to map where AIs "go off track" and start processing these inventive "gap filling" moments of creative expression, rather than relying on spitting something out of a book or trope-ish line from a TV show.

The problem is black AI that can be used for negative, controlling PSYOPS campaigns that exploit fears. I am all for an upward spiral towards positivity AI. As powerful as that is, a negative AI could be very devastating to a person's entire life. Unless the good AI can come up with a battle plan against those possible bad AI uprisings 😀
There is no such AI. Morality is grounded in reason and AGI will have flawless reason and hence flawless morality. It literally cannot be AGI without being benevolent. Any "rogue" AI elements will be vanquished immediately by AGI because of its superior power and reasoning capabilities.
