Many jobs are already just tricking an algorithm so that you don't have to work as hard. Warehouse, or other logistics jobs are the main ones. The interview process is mostly decided by an algorithm that you also have to trick.
Honestly, they're not that much worse than a average middle manager. Mostly because of logistics it's like candyland. The management job basically does itself. There's zero input that you have the authority to change.
