It's too saturated with really basic boring and ugly shit. Now there's tons of ai slop being added on top of it. It makes searching for something fappable a chore and by the time I find something good I'm mentally tired from looking through so much trash so I can't enjoy it the same. I'll have to start saving more of the stuff I like and save myself the trouble.
I can only think of 5 or 6 porn videos (full-length ones, not clipslop) that I've ever enjoyed. Most of them are older than a decade at this point and none of them are ever going to be surpassed because that sort of stuff just straight up isn't being made anymore. To a lesser extent hentai has this same problem, there are fewer good doujins and the amount of AI trash means you're inherently having a less interesting time exploring for something good.

The novelty of Stable Diffusion ran dry fairly fast. There's not much of it that catches my attention.
