LLMs generally need a lot of GPU computing power, smaller ones can run fast enough on CPUs, but to match even 3.5 turbo in general capability you need a good model at >30B at least

Turns out, the snippet just doesn't exist in libX11 and has never existed. I tested this again with several other random libraries and either got a "dunno" kind of answer or more fake snippets.
Okay, so I'll stick with simpleton shit, right? I'll ask it for songs about particular specific themes, such as people becoming villains. I get around ten songs in response, most way off the mark, one or two vaguely relevant. Meanwhile, I go to Chosic and get given "This Is How Villains Are Made" immediately.
The only thing I can see ChatGPT useful for is spamming Amazon with poetry books and whatnot. The poems I've seen are quite decent.
if you were using the free version or the paid version without browsing, there's no surprise that you got such results - GPT-4 is best at doing stuff if you give it external data and references. And of course 3.5 turbo (which powers the free version) is vastly dumber than GPT-4 in the paid version
Pretty sure MS runs their own instances of everything per a special aggreement with OpenAI, so Bing and DE3 are unaffected for now
Microsoft is in a very favorable position in the AI space right now after billions of dollars of investment and will likely spend billions more to keep it that way.
I'd expect them to hire or partner with the main talent behind OpenAI, whether it implodes or key people leave and start their own company
