General intelligence is being able to perform most economically significant cognitive tasks better then the top 1% of humans at each task. This definition good because it outlines the moment when UBI should be considered an option.

Look at it this way. A new born and and adult are both intelligent even if the way they are at different points of intelligence.

Steve Wozniak has a good definition. If it can be given a random address, go inside and make a cup of coffee, all on its own, AGI has been achieved. I think we are close, I've had gpt4 navigate video games by feeding it screenshots and asking it for inputs, then feeding it another screenshot(not API, just chat/larp). I can see it being able to look for a coffee machine or such. Once a capable embodiment is made with enough motion data, what's stopping it? Though in gpt4s case it would be a moron in a lot of situations.
