lmao i remember a few years back all the uppity tech workers were making fun of blue collar workers and how they were getting away with doing nothing all day making 6 figures and how AI was a "meme" and would never replace them.
to be fair, AI is a meme and isn't the thing that eliminates jobs from the tech sector. SaaS products have done that more efficiently and effectively than AI has and ever will.
It's kinda sad that before AI was a thing, everyone assumed it'd phase out manual labor and leave humans to primarily do intellectual work, but now that we're starting to make actually useful AIs it seems that intellectual work (programming, writing, research, art) is much easier to replace than manual work (construction, surgery (debatable), craftsmanship). Not because it "le owns the shitcoders" but because extensive use of AI to do the thinking for us will probably make people even dumber in the future.
>but because extensive use of AI to do the thinking for us will probably make people even dumber in the future.
TikTok already did that before AI is a thing.
Tiktok doesn't think for anyone. If that's so than social networks did that way before, perhaps even Google. Anon is saying that AI will get people even more complacent. They will study less, be even less critical of what surrounds them. I think that's a fair possibility, I just don't think me and you or him are out of the equation.

Buddy if you don't become a job idort, what are you even doing?
Losing my job to AI will be better than having spent any amount of time flipping burguers. At least I have my nest egg. And all things going south enough I'll just collect that sweet UBI check.
Literally this.
IT pays better than blue collar wageslave jobs now and when UBI happens in a few years who cares about your jobs being automated away at least I didn't flip burgers before
I want to put an electromagnet on one side of your head and a steel plate on the other, then turn up the power slowly and watch as your head pops and make a betting pool on the power level it pops at.
I'm trans btw if that matters.
Produce vocaloid music.
what did you do? what are you capable of?
>what are you capable of?
nothing important, apparently
That's a given, now answer the question
>doesn't give a real answer
ok so you're LARPing to demoralize others, thanks for confirming
>shouldn't be relied for "anything important"
Good thing most tasks aren't important at all.
yeah, it sounds like all office workers are doomed
plumbing is a wide open field, chud.
no you didn't.
>What do I do now?
quit larping/trolling and get a job neet

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
FUCK YOU.

being a Dr is hard in the sence you have to be able elicit signs and symptoms from a paitent.
that is not easy to do, particauly with the ham beasts in the hospital that are all about 70 - 80 years old.
I think if you can get accurate Hx and Exam then Dr's should be pretty much over.
But it will require some pretty go 2 legged humanoid robot.
A MRI and blood test machine would come close plus and OBS machine.
I think a fully trained Dr+ AI would be 10 x efficent than just a Dr and much better.
Surgery is another step becuase of the variation in human anatomy and on the spot fuck ups that you can't easliy account for.
There are robotic surgical machines though so it could come on for certain surgeries.
I would want human over sight though.
Robots and AI's I think are more hackable that a human.

Can't wait for airplanes to fall out of the sky again.
If you got replaced by chatgpt then you were actually done a favor.
They'll hire people back at contractor rates because their shit doesn't work anymore and they'll fail because their cashflow is fucked.
A lot of jobs aren't "important".
Enjoy UBI Like the northern countries have for decades

The sheer amount of cringe looking at your ridiculous setup would kill them first
>wagies are so stupid they can be replaced by ai which isn't even ai
Time to sell ass on the street.
hahaha implying those people had important jobs wtf
I praised it in the beginning but sometimes it spews out pajeet-tier code
Chop wood, carry water?
