Not only that but people often forget about the many other non-mechanical aspects of such an android that still need significant breakthroughs. The problem of synthetic skin, for example. Sex doll and prosthetic manufacturers have been working on this for decades, and so far the best they could come up with is either TPE or silicone, both of which are shit.
Another would be the sound of her voice. Speakers already sound one step removed from real human voices, now try to jam one inside a robot and tune it well enough to sound human.
And speaking of sound, current robots are LOUD. All you would hear whenever she walks or does anything is "WHIRRRRR CLUNK CLUNK".
There's obviously more beyond the ones I listed off the top of my head

At third years all of the progress company like Boston dynamics have will be superseded in 2-3 days and the AI will design and start build humanoid and not so humanoid robots that will move like average human in a month. The next year this robots will be like the robots in Detroit become human, humans will be completely obsolete. After this robots will probably start teraforming mars with some genetically engineered lifeforms, humans will live 150 years. This is if the ones controlling the AI decide to keep the rest of the planet alive and not kill 95% of it.
