Which online AI services use GPT4 under the hood? I'm ok paying them more as long as I'm not directly interacting with OpenAI's playground or chat module.

If you wanna use GPT 4 you can't avoid paying openai. Even if you do it indirectly it'll still go to them. That being said I think Poe.com has GPT-4 on offer still, along with a lot of other models, but it's transitioning to all paid now.
