Which one should I be using, I just want something to help me write code for small and medium sized python projects and work like a basic search engine. I also really like the voice capability of ChatGPT but it's only available on the phone app which is moronic.

Translation is hard even for large models. The only ones which can do it reliably are gpt4, opus, (and wizardLM 2 8x22, if you're a vrammaxxer)
kagi seems to do it just fine at least comparable to gpt4
is opus paid? what about wizard LMs requirements? this is a minimum for me. i need the AI to be able to speak in multiple languages as well as help me achieve goals. there wont be any goal achieving if it cant understand what i'm doing (translating stuff)
Opus is 2.5x more expensive than gpt-4-turbo, but arguably better at translation. WizardLM2 requires 4x3090 for the 5bit quant and is pretty good from my tests. Maybe llama3 70b could be good as well. IDK since I haven't tried it. For it, you'd need 2x3090 or equivalent to run the 4.5bit quant.
