    if you follow ai research it is mainly Chinese names even in the west
    china's plan to compete is to stop brain drain. the US plan is to pay Indians enough to do their thinking for them. we'll see which plan works out better.
    on the other hand the number of loose femboys in Shanghai alone likely surpasses the entire US. they're definitely winning on that front
