However, the capabilities you see in GPT4 result from being trained by 1000s of A100 GPUs, which you will struggle to even get your hands on a physical one now, or you can pay $5 per minute of compute on a virtual box.
Add to that you need a very clean, organised, dataset with a train/test split.
Once your model is trained, you'll also need to apply a RLHF layer and LSTM into the model to give it capability to hold a conversation and not immediately spit out garbage.
