You could develop software to do that if you want to torture yourself, and then screech about how you have to write new drivers because you upgraded the GPU for better AI performance. Or you could get the same result by installing Windows or Linux and just ensuring data is never leaked by not putting any wireless network hardware in it, and only connecting up keyboard, mouse, monitor, mic in and line out.

These victims aren't happy with the mold that society forces them into, so they let themselves get forced into the mold society made up for the opposite sex. Either way, they're rigidly conforming to something that can only make them miserable, because both of them are inherently at odds with their true selves as individuals.

You can't run any of this bare metal, it takes a frickton of drivers and libraries, in Python, usually, to run most ML applications. You might be able to set Windows up so that it exclusively uses the output of your voice changer program and would cut out if it wasn't available - I have more trouble with programs sticking on virtual audio devices than switching to real ones most of the time (Quest virtual audio device)
