AI is the new crypto. Lots of imaginary value.
Except, of course, AI can be used to do worthwhile things.
So far this "AI" that I've tried couldn't even do the simple task of keeping temperature at a constant 25 degrees celsius.
I tried this a while back so things may have changed but all this fricking shit AI had to do was respond with "INCREASE" or "DECREASE" after given a current temperature reading and that piece of shit couldn't do it. Try it yourself, go to some AI chat bot and explain to it that it's only allowed to respond with "INCREASE" or "DECREASE" after given a current temperature reading and it should try to keep the temperature at 25 degrees. It worked for a few readings but after some time it just starts bugging out.

That's a whole lot of words to say AI is dumb.
I'm aware that writing a PID controller would be a good solution, I was just curious if the "AI" could do a dumb increase/decrease type controller, which is extremely trivial to implement and there are only two possible controller states.
