It's actually not that hard or expensive to get a model running locally. You can run Llama on an Android phone if you really want to.... But getting a GOOD model running may require you to buy a GPU (or 4)
Once you have a GPU you can get a pretty decent chatbot running entirely locally on your computer. I have no experience with those AI gf services so idk what you're expecting, but you can have some alright conversations and ERP with any LLM.
