You can auto-generate subtitles for some videos. Arguably I never tried JAV but it works pretty well in general.
Subsai is one of the GUIs you could try.
Because it's a language where every god damned thing sounds like "shi", "ji", "ko", "ka", "jou" and "yo". No one knows what anyone is saying, they just nod and go "hai", hoping you'll go away and leave them alone. You expect an AI to fix that?
