For what kind of ads? All ad block extensions are working super good except when sites try to detect them and ask to turn them off with moronic popups but that's unavoidable.
If you refer to native advertising or product placement like in this example then it's 100% on you. If content creators you consume give you very shitty ads it means that you consume some sort of trash and you yourself enjoy shitty clickbait posts, YOU are the shit eater.
I have multiple social accounts and I get almost none shitty product placement because all people that I follow are based and don't clickbait me with some trash. It's not that hard honestly.

Unironically tried doing that like 2 years ago. Loading the catalog took a few minutes of 100% GPU usage and it was only ~85% accurate. I'm sure it would be better with more work and a beefy new GPU.
