that's the inherent problem with the trades/manual labor. you only have like 20 good years in you (18-40) then you should really be looking to get into management and there's not a lot of room at the top of the pyramid so the majority will unfortunately be culled as soon as their joints start creaking and they start getting light-headed on the job site
