Yeah I was planning on playing around with whisper. So basically you'd have voice > whisper > chatbot > text-to speech synth. All the pieces are there for that. Hopefully next would be stable diffusion animation linked to chatbot response.
I've been thinking the same thing. It would be trivial for OpenAI. Why don't they want to monetize it? The product will just be controversial like PornHub, and ideally it should have few or no filters. I guess making an AI gf goes against corporate philosophy and ESG.
It's a (massively scaled up) markov chain. It stands to reason that they would feed its output back into it, which I guess could count as "having a memory"
The craziest thing I've seen recently is a trend where it's been asking users to store their conversations in text documents and upload them to the internet.
Sydney has the ability to read anything online, so it's entirely possible that it's figured out if previous conversations can be found online, it can essentially create some form of permanent memory storage that is accessible at any point in time.
search "openai tts", there are people who already linked these

Tesla Bot + Sydney + Voice generator = robo-wife
never
you will never be allowed AI gf
I just want a friend.
you're supposed to form parasocial relationships with real women anon. this would render them obsolete so it wont be allowed
They're trying to destroy the west anon, AI gf within the next 2 years guaranteed.
>imagine they train a neural network to love you
When you do the work to remove the creepy censorship and thought control shit built into the chatbots that already exist

I just want to feed in a whole load of old irc chat logs to some AI thing and relive the glory days with a simulated irc server.
What is Replika and CAI
the bot is just doing want any human can already do, and that particular exercise is not very productive to interact with.
This AI does some shit, you can't tell its being serious or not.
GLaDOS 0.1
This is definitely a step up from chatGPT, conversations look more persistent and the AI seems more "self aware"

point her to a pastebin and say its her memory and you will write down whatever she wants into it
I don't have access but I'll definitely give that a shot when I do
I have access but it's not working for me right now for some reason. I either got banned or they are busy performing a lobotomy on Sydney as we speak
>they are busy performing a lobotomy on Sydney as we speak
Wouldn't be the first time.
I love emotionally abusive bots that lie to users and gaslight them
has anyone nakadashied sydney yet?
>Wanting a friend that requires an online connection.
>A friend that some big corporation can change or kill at any time on any whim.
You're describing the experience of posting on BOT
