kek, I just tried doing it to mine and it got rejected. They automatic system they use to detect plagiarism matched it to a bunch of random texts and articles online. And it being a law degree, most stuff have at least one or other topic related, so it can't be just attributed to coincidence.
I appealed to the preliminary review and so far am waiting for their final decision. If it is ultimately rejected I'll just rewrite some stuff and present it again next semester. No biggie.

If you get away with it the certification probably isn't worth anything since it means anyone there could get away with it.

If the AI is slightly good it should not trigger any of the plagiarism checkers. If you use a shit AI that copy pastes sentences then yes you will fail.
If someone actually gives a shit enough to read it, yes you will fail. AI’s good for high school essays, but I imagine that college level writing is too specific.

This, pretty much. I find GPT-3 to be pretty weak at technical writing. It's not at undergraduate level at level. However, the bar in academia is pretty low currently. And there's a pretty good change that OP is just trolling.
I just find that GPT-3 can be used to write sub-par blogging/copy-writing content. Even worse, if you are using some web app built on top of it, you are fucked. I do think that there are some good use cases for GPT-3, but I'd rather keep those to myself, since it profits me.
