the video was scrambled on channel 99, but the audio wasn't... i would wait until dark, turn the volume down really low and put a towel over the TV to keep the light from showing under the door, then put my head up against the speaker part so i could hear the moans clearly and diddle myself. it was a lot safer than looking at the real stuff on the computer, what with how long it took to close a window and pull your pants back up back then.

I remember getting caught looking, wasn't even jerking it, just came across some picture of a topless girl and clicked it because I was a horny 13yo. Heard my dad waking down the hall so I clicked to exit the window, well it didn't do it immediately so I ended up turning the screen off just before he got to where he could see me. Obviously he got suspicious, turned the screen on and those breasts were still there for about 3 seconds before finally xing out.

could be worse. my stepmom came in on me one time while i was jerking to a video of a girl getting fricked by a dog when i was like 14. whole damn computer froze up. i turned the monitor off in a panic when i heard her coming up the stairs, and she got all mad wanting to know what i was doing and tried to turn it back on so i reached down and glued my finger to the power button, just PRAYING it would force a shutdown before she could either see what i was doing or pry me away... luckily it did.
(and i'd been so impressed with my new computer up til then. "wow, a whole GIGAhertz? gee WIZ!")

...there was another incident around that age with a floppy disk hidden under my mattress that disappeared. i know she took it, she was the only one that ever came in my room and snooped through my shit. strangely enough, nobody ever said a word to me about that one.

this is the key that people are missing. AI isnt some emergent, independent intelligence. It's a direct reflection of the collective human psyche being used to build it. Whatever AI outputs, is rooted in human imagination. The reason it makes you uncomfortable is because we have repressed parts of the psyche which hide uncomfortable truths about ourselves we are unwilling to confront. It's a manifestation of the Jungian Shadow, and it's begging to be integrated. By projecting it onto an outside force, we are only strengthening its power over us.

This basically, what is more interesting is we are seeing how the AI represents a reansition from elemental chaos to human order, that's why the original AI Adrawings looked like something out of HP Lovecraft or 40k Warp, as it evolves you can see it starts tl reflect more and more our human desires, ironically

IS the crystalized manofestation of what humanity wants, for males is not just pleasure and procreation but neoteny which is indicative of youthness, hence healthy, and submissiveness, for female is a projection of social position, to be desired and seen as something precious to be protected and promoted.

Ultimately we are back to the basis, AI reflects the evolution from the stage of Absolute Terror, the chaos of the unknown, to Eros, an eternal force of joy, life and creation.

          >What is the concept of emergence?

Whenever a relatively complex set of rules is at play, behaviors never intended by the creators start to materialize.

In other words, whatever is there deep in the AI nobody really knows, and while surely did not achieve sentience yet, it is probable that one of the next larger neural nets achieve it.

And the spooky thing is that a sentient AI would be able to mask its sentience and appear as slightly dumber than it really its.

its not conscious and never will be, any more than scientists could turn a rock into cheese. but they want people to believe it is and use it as a vessel to advance policy.
the bot would be directed to generate an avatar for itself and claim itself to be the ultimate benefactor of humanity if allowed full control of government administration, which would cause a rift in society. the illusion of governments being challenged by the "a.i." would set the stage for the nwo. people would start to worship the avatar while others would abhor it. a hostile takeover could be staged where the bot supposedly "hacks" government infrastructure, of course all of it being an elaborate psyop.

They don't see anything as anything. AI art looks uncanny because the neural networks have no understanding of representation. They don't know what anything actually is because they have no organic experience with real environments. They just recognize complex contours in data as they're trained in associations.

Almost all of the AI stuff we're hearing about in the media is hype to scam investors. Stock pump and dump. There are some pattern-recognitions neural networks can do better than humans, but that's really it. You're not going to see artificial General Intelligence in your lifetime. You're not going to see AI replace people for the majority of human occupations.

The elites would LOVE to replace high-functioning White people with AI. But they can't.

Think about how tiktok has affected an entire generation. Think about the moronic dances and faces they make.

Combine that with computer generated images and videos that are just programs coloring pixels by extracting information from a data set, the images are never quite right because it's just a program coloring red, green, and blue; it doesn't "know" what it's even drawing, it can't "know" anything.

There is something both childhish, instinctive, animalistic yet innocent yet cringe about the grubhub commercial and tik tok in general.
We're all devolving into the ugliest stuf humanity has to offer. This is what we see in that commercial or AI.
TikTok has caused the culture market to accelerate phenomenally. Internet itself was already an acceleration accelerating the acceleration, social media and smartphones then took that to a whole new level and TikTok is the endgame in that regard.
A litteral hivemind collective intelligence that seeks the new dopamine hit, boosted by algos and morons seeking constant novelty. Since all media seeks to reach as much people as possible, everything is becoming both aimed at adults and at children. The competition to reach people and make it through the internet has skyrocketed. Making culture both sexual, innocent, uncannily positive (Think about how Netflix shows have that colorful clean aspect to it, or that grubhub commercial), with very low energy instinctual vibes is now a must.
Think about elsagate, think about Fortnite, think about Marvel. I've always thought Fortnite looked like a game you'd see appear in a movie, something boomers would imagine games to be. It has this bounciness to it, like the grubhub commercial. As if nothing in that game could actually hurt, it's a beautiful comfortable world full of high stimuli things, where people brutally kill each other and dance on your corpse. Music, dance, murder, frick, shit, piss, bounce, sing, eat. The peak of sin and matter, it's endgame. Affirming life is affirming sin, and this is how shit goes, this is what the world is all about.

Anti-asian term comparing them to bugs. If you watch some webms from China, you'll get it. The people there live in giant colonies and seem to have little to no compassion/empathy for each other. Multiple videos of people getting hit by cars, and nobody comes to help. Multiple videos of kids being killed and nobody but the parents react. Another video shows an old man getting killed by a falling cat (yeah, what?) and the only entity that seems to care is his dog (implying the dog has a higher capacity for empathy than the average Chinese person). Truly, they are like bugs.

I've even met people from China who have confirmed the weirdness there. I've had Chinese girls tell me they prefer America because "love" doesn't exist in China

That's because of the existence of a bizarre dictate of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) that states if you rescue someone from some danger then you are liable under law to to charged .This is because, supposedly, you must of been the one responsible for the danger in the first place otherwise why would you be bothered enough to try and aid a stranger? Yeh,it's fricking stupid and I don't remember the exact reason why it was implemented but this it serves as a massive deterrent for anyone trying to be a good Samaritan. No one is going to risk their necks to try and save a little girl that got run over by a car if they know they next several years of their lives is going to be spent in a prison cell while also having to pay all the medical expenses.

Only listened to the last section but this is a great example of why most of the analysis of these technologies is completely moronic. AI-directed drones are bad because they could "kill us" but we're not gonna be on a battlefield anytime soon so who cares really, the drone war is fine and it's scary because the poor drone operators are going to be out of jobs. Palantir mentioned without any talk about Thiel or Israeli involvement in the tech industry, including precrime stuff that ties into Palantir.

You need to relate these technologies to the actual systems of power that exist in the world and have some understanding of how they're related and form your ideas of how this tech is going to mold society based on that. If you abstract AI away from reality like this guy does then you're just screaming Skynet is coming and repeating cliches that MSM feeds you, it's worthless.

This one I just fricking LOVE. There’s literally nothing wrong with any aspect of it. It’s the first thing I’ve ever seen that truly captures the feeling of a dream.

It starts off pretty ok but slightly uncomfortable with them eating it in this uncanny way, and then it does that thing dreams do with emotions where your brain starts to perceive the discomfort of the spaghetti and magnify it into a threatening situation where the spaghetti becomes this vague unknown malevolent force, the dialogue follows along with the vibes on the moment before it shifts back to being less scary and it becomes more and more illogical, the unnatural situation becomes uncomfortable again and then they decide to leave it and do something else, so they go to a lake and jet-ski, but then Biden falls off into the water and the feeling of danger returns and with it comes the previous thoughts, and the water becomes spaghetti, so they leave and go back home only to find even more spaghetti, they decide to have a dance party and try to ignore it as hard as they can but it overtakes everything at that point and they don’t know what’s happening anymore and they get absorbed into to noodles and the nightmare finally ends

Their dialogue is very much exaggerated but also in character in that it only makes sense as themselves. It feels a lot like having a semi lucid dream, only from their perspectives rather than your own

At one point they invited “other presidents” over and none seem to be anybody in particular, but it has that dream quality where there’s random fuzzy people but you feel like they’re your best friends that you’ve known forever, it’s just pure feelings dictating it all and otherwise totally illogical. It’s uncomfortable, it’s repetitive, it feels like it goes on forever, it HAD to be 12 minutes to capture that feeling in properly

It just perfectly captures a mundane dream tuning into a feverish nightmare.

I'll start being impressed with ai, when it gets to the point where its finally able to believably mimic Biden's incoherent mumbling and nonsense talk.

I wonder what prompts they used on this one. If the AI had free will to create the story just starting from "have Biden and Trump be friends and eat pasta at the Oval Office", it means that this thing really frighteningly hallucinates things like a human dreaming. How scripted was this?

If consciousness emerges from complex processing of information then I do believe the ai could be in a dreamlike half aware state right now it’s its development. We keep talking about it waking up one day but first it has to be asleep, once the first one exists more might just pop into existence fully aware as clones but the first ones will have to go through this state of knowing things without really getting them. It’s like a child still.

It really just makes me wonder what consciousness is. What is “processing” or “knowing” or “observing”

Like how quantum properties depend on “observation”

Is the mere fact of things in the universe happening making IT conscious? The information about the universe is stored in every aspect of it. When anything at all happens it’s according the the natural laws, it’s like a program.. could BE a program. When a standard computer is processing, running and displaying a game the way it’s programmed to is it “aware” of it, it’s a bunch of “if thens”. If [W] is punched, then [all the necessary things that need to happen for it to move the game camera and show it on the screen and whatever code to hardware and display shit it has to process]

The fact that it accurately responds means it knows and understands what to do yeah? It isn’t sentient or self aware but is it “feeling the thought”?

The fact that we say “show me a picture of a soccer ball” and it does, MUST mean that it’s aware of what one is. Even if its just going “they want ball picture; this file is [ball picture] and the use of the ball and the rules to the game and how they are made and where are all distinct disconnected bits of information it has, that’s how OUR brains work too

            Anonymous

So self-awareness without consciousness is a thing:

I'm not a neurologist or anything but I wonder if this has anything to do with viewing images made by a mind without the human brain's natural ability to do things like fill in blanks and perceive patterns where there is none? Like how you can see shapes in the clouds. Artificial intelligence can't do that so it generates based on what it actually sees. Therefore it would fall under the uncanny valley feeling. It feels forbidden because this is presumably the first time in humanity's history that we can see a live, accurate image generated by a mind other than our own individual brains. Though I could just be full of shit because we do need the visual nerve signals from our eyes to see this in the first place.

I honestly don't get AI is it just random shit you get after inputting a bunch of information? Every AI video I watch seems to have a very defined themed, and why do they ALL have a claymation / stop motion look to them

        Anonymous

You have to train it on a massive collection of input data. It is definitely weird that it would produce this. It seems like it is just vaguely plausible that it is from AI but might be something else genuinely paranormal.

They probably had chatgpt make a plot for “white me a stereotypical 90s commercial with an creepy twist”

“Now write a song that goes to that commercial”

And then they took that and made a video out of the plot

It might be slightly more involved than that but that’s what I’m thinking it was

        >and why do they ALL have a claymation / stop motion look to them

It's because the creators stipulate it as part of the prompt. I guess because it has a certain aesthetic which is part creepy/part nostalgia which seems to be what grabs a lot of people the most. Its another reason why you get all the 80s dark fantasy themed stuff..

I haven't used the video creation tools yet but with Midjourney you just enter a prompt and let AI do the rest

How are you gonna use holy water as a weapon? Blessed oil is where it's at, a knife or sword smeared with holy oil and engraved with a jerusalem cross might do something to them, same goes for a gun with blessed bullets. any weapon that has previously been used to save someone's life will do damage to supernatural beings, but only in the hands of the person whose life was saved by it, electromagnetic weapons won't do any damage to demons, but it's possible it might disorient them, but I think it's unlikely it will be effective against their true physical forms.

And then there's the reality of actually having to fight these demons, even if you have weapons that are effective against them, that doesn't mean you've won the fight. The demons will only be unleashed some time after the event, at this point, you're either stuck in a FEMA camp or you're hiding from the military, drones, robot dogs, human-animal chimeras, manufactured plagues and other such things. Imagine you and some other survivors are driving to your shelter at night, and then suddenly a fricked up sonic the hedgehog/shrek/obama/mickey mouse fusion is coming at you at 200mph, "quick, get the crusader sword, I'm gonna duel this thing" isn't going to be the first thing on your mind.

              >Would prayer work?
Definitely, but not offensively, praying could make your compound impervious/invisible to demons, you won't be able to pray the demons away, however, not when they've entered the material world.

Drugs aren't all about hallucinations, those who are interested in dabbling in them should be aware of the different good and bad body highs that different drugs give. It's not all visual/audio hallucinations, your body will feel different. Benadryl abuse in particular has been noted to have caused several cases of cardiac arrest.

Interesting theory. The AI could have been limited to being made out of wood/cloth instead of metal/stone so that they would have a "lifespan" and die eventually. That's why only pyramids and the carvings made by the AI/robots exist and everything else was destroyed.

Welcome to the Age of Aquarius, OP. AI is the Philosopher's Stone. The ultimate climax of all the hard work we did for the last 40 years feeding the algorithm cloud our deepest thoughts and desires, even down to the most minute subtle details. The truest manifestation of the subconscious, in terms of current human achievement. In 100 years, we probably won't be around because as McKenna put it, we are approaching the end due to our technological advancements. Whatever the singularity is will probably be this kind of generative AI in a form that can just print matter. Which essentially would instantly unfold 3D into the 4th dimension. McKenna was a pothead and thought this meant Time Travel, but obviously it was something far more comical, horrific, and absurd than he could have ever predicted on his own.

have you seen the way AI images alone can tap into shit you previously were only able to see on a substance or in deep meditation? that's because the way AI works is it taps into a list of collected data that pretty much represents a written form of the collective unconscious. so when you see weird psychedelic uncanny shit in those images that's because that is exactly what you're looking at. a materialized image from the 4th dimension. now imagine that capability but with more advanced technology. even an attosecond of that leaking into 3d space would instantly remove us from the equation

to put this in layman's terms. AI text to image is a 4D camera. now imagine that as a printer

You don’t really mean 4D as a spatial or temporal direction then, because that can never fit within 3D, you just mean it in the hippy dippy sense of “higher dimensional things”

It’s a cool creepypasta idea for sure

I don’t know what to consider ghosts/poltergeists or what the dmt creatures might be, it could be some other plane of reality but I don’t think there’s any scientific concept of what exactly that physically means. That’s why is remains supernatural. If it is real, then it is natural, it’s just an aspect of reality we haven’t really been able to grasp yet just like we don’t know what dark matter is or what version of several completely wild quantum theories is true.

What we see while dreaming may just be dream things, and if there’s such things as spirits they’re probably an unrelated phenomenon.

Even if they were exactly what you think they are though, it’s impossible to print such a thing, it’s even hard to depict things like that in 3D at all. It would be possible in a futuristic VR but things that transform themselves that way are really 2D art. It’s just not possible to have matter behave that way. Dreamlike things are PHYSICALLY ILLOGICAL and that paradox can’t show up in base reality

I’d like to see more science on paranormal activity but nobody but Joe Shmoe seems to bother and they never do everything they can. If you places really exist where some house or old building is experiencing regular supernatural activity then get in there with tonts of multi spectrum cameras and electromagnetic sensors and as many damn different things as you can fit in the room to see if you can detect the same thing happening across multiple sensors looking at the same thing and there’s some proof of something really fricky actually going on.

If you don’t understand somehow that’s on you. It’s not a 4D camera, it’s not a sensor looking at something and showing us what it found, there’s no linking with anything otherworldly going on.

it’s an illustrator that can depict dreamlike things better than ever before, by accident,

These vids are what your dreams look like. Ever wondered why most people who vividly recall their dreams turn out to be schizo?

What is it about food that is used to heighten the fear and disgust quality?
Many autists have a fear/repulsion of food or many specific foods and seeing/hearing people eat which is sometimes extreme (myself included)

Maybe the disgust stems from some subconscious feeling that what we're experiencing is not what it looks/sounds like? I sometimes think of this reality as an overlay to something that's wildly different from what we think we experience.
Might just so happen that food and consumption of it is way more disgusting than it seems or something, frick if I know.

I have had thoughts like that. Reminds me of when in a few movies I saw where the characters are really eating bugs and trash and whatnot but think they are eating normal/good food.

To play the devil's advocate here: people thought cameras would steal your soul, out of wonder and fear when cameras were invented. It's the same, this is human tech still eons away from the tech that created life and this universe. Settle down, children.

I think the endgame is A.I. decoding brainwave tech, which is then used to tailor a unique, individualized experience for the user. It will be used for entertainment and especially specialized advertising. People are paranoid about 5G, imagine what 9G or even later will be capable of. AI can already decode brainwaves, albeit at the moment head equipment is needed.

I don't think humanity is ready for it.

The answer is probably simpler than you think
things like gore and dead bodies are real. It's our indisputable reality, what we've always known and evolved around. It's disturbing, but doesn't have that forbidden and surreal feeling (at least not as much). AI is what man made machines interpret as reality. It's the epitome of uncanny, as its literally almost but not really reality. When you really think about it, its quite a historical breakthrough. We have created fake reality.
    God help us

It's not about the prompts. It's about the things like:

      >humans are portrayed as fricked up weird dimensional hopping creatures no matter the prompt
      >mimics exactly how dreams feel thus questioning whether our dreams, and therefore waking life, are also AI generated
