Can it respond to English queries?

      Anonymous

      Yes, but very poorly

I don't know how good it is in Russian, but in English it barely responds at a GPT-2 level. It will not maintain memory beyond 2, maybe 3 responses if you're lucky, and struggles to understand even the most basic questions; like "What should I wear if it's raining today?" or asking it for assistance with basic code review

seems like they gave it very appropriate name then, it's russian-oriented.

        Anonymous

Electronic military summon, now has the same legal value as a paper document, so when you receive the notification and read it, you legally have to go to a military office and join the army. If you don't, well it doesn't matter, because the border police will know that you're supposed to be in the army, and your driver licence is automatically revoked so the police will know it too if they check on their database. Nowhere to flee but deep innawoods now.

mandatory conscription existed in russia for 100 years, is this somehow a problem now?

            Anonymous

Yes, because previously you could just ignore the summon and flee while you could, as many Russians did after the first mobilization.
Now they just need to know you read it on your portable glow emitter to tag you electronically wherever you go.

you clearly have no idea what you're talking about

while the conscription was "mandatory", there were many available loopholes any idiot could use to get out of it. all of those loopholes are closed now and the restrictions are immediate and harsh for trying to slip out of service in a way they never were before.

                Anonymous

Mandatory means you will be called either you like it or not, but now through the app and not with the piece of paper in the mailbox. You can not avoid it any way, unless you ran from the country before you get close to the conscription age or live in a woods.

                incorrect
before this change you could simply hide from the people delivering the letter and it legitimately didn't count because legally, they had to confirm in person you'd received the letter before they could put restrictions upon you.

now, you can't - the letter is considered to be seen by you as soon as it's sent.

Conscription dodging is so common in Russia Putin had to divide by two the length of mandatory service and narrow down the list of eligible people a decade ago, but the situation is still the same, unless you're actually from a third world region of Russia and the army is a better situation, everyone will actively try to dodge conscription, and it's not hard at all.

conscription age in russia starts from 18 and up to 27, that means you need to dodge the officers for 9 fucking years.

and plenty of people do it successfully because it IS NOT HARD.
also, many people have established documentation that they are disabled/feeble so that they are exempted, in the years prior to 18th birthday so it never becomes an issue.

it is not hard to get out of in russia.

You're literally a subhuman east european. Everything you have is a handmedown from the west. All I'm doing is reminding you of that fact so that you're not surprised when the fantasy is shattered. The war isn't going away, and if dissenting political opinions can get you arrested in your distopian nightmare of a country, so can draft dodging. Unlike you, I've been properly educated on the actions of your country's government across history. They don't take kindly to people who drag their feet. You've gotta win the birth lottery and be born in burgerland for that.

You're reuse of the same vapid reply reminds me of when I was learning Spanish in 7th grade, and all I knew how to say is shit like "how do I go to the bathroom." Americans tell you how your country is because we have something called freedom of press here. Russia is getting embarrassed on the world stage right now, just incase the state-ran media didn't clue you in. It shouldn't take a country that size a year to squash an opponent the size of Ukraine, but it has, and there's no end in sight. I think about the Russia-Ukraine conflict probably once every couple weeks sandwiched between news about celebrities and school shootings. Point being, the war that's absorbing your country is the last thing on my mind most of the time, but that doesn't change the fact that I have a clearer picture of the conflict than you because I can listen to reports that deviate from the mold of "Ukrainians are Nazis, the war is just a small-scale operation, the west caused it" and so on. Read allegory of the cave if your shit reading comprehension is capable of parsing out a few pages of 8th grade literature. You don't have the context required of having any opinion other than the one being digested for you by your government. I've considered all sides, and I reached a conclusion that triggers you. We are not the same.
