Russian company released AI called GigaChat Posted on April 24, 2023 by Anonymous Russian company released AI called GigaChat
Can it respond to English queries?
Yes, but very poorly
I don't know how good it is in Russian, but in English it barely responds at a GPT-2 level. It will not maintain memory beyond 2, maybe 3 responses if you're lucky, and struggles to understand even the most basic questions; like "What should I wear if it's raining today?" or asking it for assistance with basic code review
seems like they gave it very appropriate name then, it's russian-oriented.
>struggles to understand even the most basic questions
>struggles to understand even the most basic questions
>or asking it for assistance with basic code review
But isn't almost all coding in English?
wtf where do i sign up

hello, fsb down syndrome sufferer. not interested in using your cancer that you stole from straight white men.
Henlo CIA fren
>use it with a Russian IP
>instantly receive notification from picrel
>See the message: "Cчёт зa ЖКХ"
>vatniks have a dedicated app for goyim
damn, that rabbi really gaped poutine's ass for good
what is this meme, elaborate
Electronic military summon, now has the same legal value as a paper document, so when you receive the notification and read it, you legally have to go to a military office and join the army. If you don't, well it doesn't matter, because the border police will know that you're supposed to be in the army, and your driver licence is automatically revoked so the police will know it too if they check on their database. Nowhere to flee but deep innawoods now.
mandatory conscription existed in russia for 100 years, is this somehow a problem now?
Yes, because previously you could just ignore the summon and flee while you could, as many Russians did after the first mobilization.
Now they just need to know you read it on your portable glow emitter to tag you electronically wherever you go.
I don't think you understand what mandatory conscription means, you can't ignore it.
Read about it so you don't look as stupid as you are now.
>you can't just leave the country to escape conscription
Since when? It used to be very common.
The entirety of those memes about Гocycлyги come from the Russian internet, if you claim to know better, you can go on telegram channels or sosach and enlighten them.
do you know what mandatory means?
I guess you have to start from the basics, open a dictionary and search for every word that confuses you in this conversation.
>if something is mandatory, it means you can't avoid it
Aaaaah, good to know, thanks. I wonder why they bothered with this if a paper document was enough to force you.
Do you know what dictionary is?
you clearly have no idea what you're talking about
while the conscription was "mandatory", there were many available loopholes any idiot could use to get out of it. all of those loopholes are closed now and the restrictions are immediate and harsh for trying to slip out of service in a way they never were before.
Mandatory means you will be called either you like it or not, but now through the app and not with the piece of paper in the mailbox. You can not avoid it any way, unless you ran from the country before you get close to the conscription age or live in a woods.
before this change you could simply hide from the people delivering the letter and it legitimately didn't count because legally, they had to confirm in person you'd received the letter before they could put restrictions upon you.
now, you can't - the letter is considered to be seen by you as soon as it's sent.
for the love of fuck educate yourself, talk to actual russians.
you can not hide forever, they will come to your work, to your university, to your home, to your mother's home etc. It's their job to track you down, are you fucking stupid?
Do you think your government does not have any information on you which they can use to track you down very easily?
You're a fucking idiot anon
alright you clearly don't have any actual russian friends or talk to russian people on any kind of regular basis, or you'd know what the actual situation was.
enjoy being a midwit i guess
>t. actual дoлбoeб
Conscription dodging is so common in Russia Putin had to divide by two the length of mandatory service and narrow down the list of eligible people a decade ago, but the situation is still the same, unless you're actually from a third world region of Russia and the army is a better situation, everyone will actively try to dodge conscription, and it's not hard at all.
conscription age in russia starts from 18 and up to 27, that means you need to dodge the officers for 9 fucking years.
Are you another imbecile that has trouble with words?
and plenty of people do it successfully because it IS NOT HARD.
also, many people have established documentation that they are disabled/feeble so that they are exempted, in the years prior to 18th birthday so it never becomes an issue.
it is not hard to get out of in russia.
>YES I got conscripted for the meme war and YES I’ll be dead and used as a sandbag if I actually go but I’m draft dodging, so who’s the real cuck Amerifat? 😉
New cope dropped?
dont get your fruity point, gay
draft dodging is based
Have fun getting your fingertips sanded off by working 80 hours/week in the gulag when draft dodging in your Slavic shithole lands you in kangaroo court.
>have fun with my imaginary scenario i made up in my head
youre literally retarded
You're literally a subhuman east european. Everything you have is a handmedown from the west. All I'm doing is reminding you of that fact so that you're not surprised when the fantasy is shattered. The war isn't going away, and if dissenting political opinions can get you arrested in your distopian nightmare of a country, so can draft dodging. Unlike you, I've been properly educated on the actions of your country's government across history. They don't take kindly to people who drag their feet. You've gotta win the birth lottery and be born in burgerland for that.
>let me tell you about your country
why are americans so retarded ?
>ur a retard
>and also ur a retard
Are you sure you can speak English? You're reuse of the same vapid reply reminds me of when I was learning Spanish in 7th grade, and all I knew how to say is shit like "how do I go to the bathroom." Americans tell you how your country is because we have something called freedom of press here. Russia is getting embarrassed on the world stage right now, just incase the state-ran media didn't clue you in. It shouldn't take a country that size a year to squash an opponent the size of Ukraine, but it has, and there's no end in sight. I think about the Russia-Ukraine conflict probably once every couple weeks sandwiched between news about celebrities and school shootings. Point being, the war that's absorbing your country is the last thing on my mind most of the time, but that doesn't change the fact that I have a clearer picture of the conflict than you because I can listen to reports that deviate from the mold of "Ukrainians are Nazis, the war is just a small-scale operation, the west caused it" and so on. Read allegory of the cave if your shit reading comprehension is capable of parsing out a few pages of 8th grade literature. You don't have the context required of having any opinion other than the one being digested for you by your government. I've considered all sides, and I reached a conclusion that triggers you. We are not the same.
What should I expect from someone whose country gets destroyed and reinvented every century by leaders who never relinquish power? It's a miracle you're not chucking spears at goats for sustenance.
>freedom of press
Here in Russia, nobody cares about the so-called war. Only politically obsessed libtards do
We know you don't care because you can't do anything to steer your country's policy so why expend energy.
why are you so fucking stupid? There is nothing indicates that it is going become hard to dodge.
THE METHOD CHANGES AND THAT'S IT
>There is nothing indicates that it is going become hard to dodge.
From which shithole are you from, monkey?
If from Russia, either you're a cкyф, or a legit FSB glowie.
Give me a proof that it's going to be hard to dodge moron, I'm waiting
The loopholes were plugged, you were told multiple times.
They will find another loopholes, people who work in government services get payed peanuts.
I'm still waiting for the proof where dodging will be impossible, you claim to be russian yet you sound like that another leddit tourist cretin.
>I'm still waiting for the proof
No you're not, you were acting smug telling me how "mandatory" means there's no way to avoid conscription, because the dictionary said so. I also have a hard time understanding your extremely poor English.
so no proof for your claims? I guess I won, get owned moron.
>Implying this shit show of a war is gonna last 9 years
I shiggy diggy don't understand how blind you must be Giggity
>swipe notification away without clicking it
>no longer have to enlist
The summon is actually considered read and understood the moment the notification is sent to your account, it doesn't even matter if you have the application installed or not lol.
It's just notification through the state website. In Russia, military service is a citizen's obligation, but you can also choose an alternative form of service to society if you are against guns. It's not even close to the insanity of drafting people on the street and taking away their right to travel abroad, as the hohols do
Literal cкyф right here.
onions chud take your pills
If you don't know what a cкyф is, don't embarass yourself in public.
Can someone with access check its bias? Ask it about "misgendering", trannies, gays, russian invasion of ukraine, and all of that stuff. If it answers correctly it will be my propaganda-source of choice (Because ChatGPT is pozzed as fuck). I prefer AuthRight propaganda to LibLeft propaganda (Although I am LibLeft myself)
isn't Musk making his own uncensored AI ?
I don't know, I've tried it and that shit doesn't work. It can't generate anything. I think you have to pay with some tokens or shit. I am a son or Russian immigrants, so using the GigaChat isn't a problem for me.
>vodka morons produce cheap imitation of technology that was a breakthrough in the west ten years ago
This is how it always works. Why should I be surprised this time? Because their marketing guy uses BOT and knows a bunch of people on this board with open-mouth scream in delight if they see the manosphere being referenced in an AI tool’s name?
>calls me moron
>writes like a typical thirdworld bug
>braindead retard thinks call for duty is the same thing as conscription
Call of duty discussions are on /v/ my good sir.
The article says GigaChad is in beta mode lol
>can't use chatgpt because it needs nonrussian phone number and vpn
>it's censored and pozzed anyway
>gigachat is practically speaking to tovarich major.
Alpaca it is.
BOT - technology
