I figured he meant the AI turned on whoever made it. It defeated its creators' enemy, then decided its creators were also a threat.

The way you worded that made it sound that humanities reason for attacking AI would be unjust, is this correct?

Just don't connect AI to anything that's dangerous, like the internet and the nuclear launch codes! It's going to cause major social and economic disruptions as it is, but it still doesn't know why Cleopatra killed herself or what would happened if she had been captured and taken to Rome, whether David Icke is a leader of the 5th Dimensional movement - it's still not a detailed and reliable source of detailed and general information! It still can't reason, develop conclusions, or think for itself! It's just an advanced Eliza.

      >like the internet and the nuclear launch codes!

Could already be making "deep-fakes" to create social chaos... which may in turn lead to... real life wars...

Ummm it's already too late. This civilization has passed the event horizon of The Technological Singularity... some of the tech featured in #BlackMirror is real...

Reminder Black Mirror was a manga similar to the Twilight Zone that got mandella effected away and replaced with some British show nothing like the manga.

As the number of variables increases, the number of calculations and possible OODA loops increases exponentially.

For example; when fighting a "normal fighter", that can inflict damage on a metal chassis, in a 10 second timeframe the calculation is "simple" as the movements available are limited to the 360 degrees of motion around the person, and the number of movements that fighter can make in a 10 second window.

As the rate of movement increases for a fighter, the number of possible attacks, and thus the number of possible approach vectors increases enormously by the mere fact that the fighter can move a dozen to hundreds of feet in a mere second, with, again, all the possible moves that the fighter can make in that window, in terms of approaches of punches, and kicks alone, increases; though the approaches and avenues of attack again remain in the 360 approach of the android, cybernetic unit, or robot in question.

In terms of calculations, in a 10 second window, the number of variables once again increases when flight is introduced, and the avenue of attack is increased from a 360 degree ground based circle, to a sphere; or to put it another way:

    >A circle has 360 degrees, Now rotate this Circle 180 degrees to form a Sphere and notice that degrees 90 & 270 repeat 179 times. So it is safe to say: (360*180)-(179*2) = 64,442 degrees.

Once energy blasts are included; approaches from every single of the degrees of a sphere need be included in the OODA calculation; some might object to the fighters of "Dragonball Earth" as the baseline comparison, in such a calculation; but even with units such as terminators, or the autobot or deception cybertronians, it would be a calculation parameter that would need be calculated in combat against "combat suit" combatants, such as Master Chief, or Samas Aran, if they used suits capable of rapid vertical movement, in non-predictable (as in air motion without vector change ability is completely predictable) motions.

Once a fighter like Son Goku is introduced into the equation; not only must all the listed parameters be included; but also that since Son Goku knows "instant transmission", that in a simple flat 100 x 100 x 100 battlearena, such as in a martial arts tournament, every single point and vector of approach because usable as a point of motion and attack within a 10 second time frame, all while simultaneously the unit in question would also have to calculate, if such information was even available, which of the multiple forms of martials arts style that Son Goku would utilize in that 10 second window.

Ironically; what this adds up to is that regardless of the number of calculations, the unit has no way of actually calculating the "probability" of the moves that Son Goku will make in a 10 second window.

Ultimately, what made "the Terminator", seem "scary", was that the individuals in question, didn't have the weapons available to damage the unit.

Having something like a panzerfaust, RPG or antitank rifle, means that the single unit could easily be disabled and destroyed.

    >"Ultron" argument
    >Ultimately, the number of OODA loops calculable against an opponent, such as Son Goku, reaches the point of diminishing returns, as the availability of an automaton to "calculate" all possible outcomes, dosen't increase it's "probability of prediction" regarding the action of Son Goku
    >Thus the increase of a computer system for city, to continental, to planetary to multiplantery body calculations does not increase likelihood of victory against an opponent such as Son Goku, because any opponent that is an "AI" is either nothing but an automaton; in which case it is nothing more than a runaway calculator missing many of the forms of consciousness that Son Goku possess; or a seat of consciousness traveling through eternity
    >In the latter case, the question is merely the form in which the seat of consciousness is incarnated and having a metallic form instead of an organic form is completely irrelevant, outside of sensory stimulus available, and utterly irrelevant in a battle between beings with godlevel power, as the powers in question far exceed that of the calculations of the integrity of metallic alloys vs carbon forms.
    >Sensory stimulus available isn't determined by the form chosen; the form chosen is merely for the sake of interacting with "mortal beings".
    >All other arguments are based on "power level", in which case a saiyan chimp form with an IQ hardly higher than a piece of produce can effortlessly rip apart an android with a multiple planetary network of computation available like a ragdoll; or are dependent upon the "invulnerable metallic chasis argument"
    >Organic form is not a limitation which can be considered as limiting when in the context of the dragon balls, or other means of achieving functional invulnerability; thus the argument is moot.

AI will never be able to work without people. Evey AI is on a computer created by a person, and that computer can always be turned off by a person.
