Kek did he actually say this.
Actually it is very worrying. Not even necessarily Terminator scenario where AI wants to dispose of us, but governments and large corporations will all fund their own AI's and we will end up with multiple superbeings, effectively new life forms, designed for the purpose of success of what they represent. I don't know how this isn't concerning to everyone.

Maybe. Like India with a strata of uber rich and a strata of street shitting masses. Possibly. I think there's a good chance that governments implement ubi and we get bread and circus to pacify us. Some brave new world shit. That would be better than just megacorps treating us like stray dogs

their goal is depopulation though. normies should have consumed everything alex jones put out for the past 2 decades when the lockdowns and clotshot mandates started. instead they dug their head deeper and eagerly ate up the excuse they were given to dismiss him (sandy hook was a false flag)

You're probably trolling but the global elite doesn't give a single shit about depop. They couldn't care less if there are throngs of billions outside of the gates as long as they starve in silence and leave the rich alone. They'll always want more bodies for the portions of the meat grinder that they can't automate, all they care about is making sure that (You) can't do anything about society.

                >BUT TWITTER SAID-

the people at the top have had enough money to do what they want for decades if not centuries. their long term project is perfecting control to maintain that wealth. maintaining and controlling billions of "useless eater" peasants is much more dangerous, with many more vectors of risk than a smaller population of surveilled, biometrically tagged npcs with no bodily autonomy, living in smart-city prisons.

is this really news to people? have you never watched infowars? you must be one of those people who lives in deep denial because these things are scary.

Anon, the reason why this is a totally moronic conspiracy theory is because A, rich people already control billions of "useless eater" peasants by convincing them that if they throw away more of their lives working for the rich they too might be worth a million dollars someday and B, do you really think these guys are going to spend tons and tons of their own money killing people off? Do you really think that they're going to spend billions of dollars funding death squads to march through the world and shoot people in the back of the head? And what about the people who are going to be doing the shooting? Are the MILLIONS of people that you would need to kill BILLIONS of others going to just Do It because someone told them to? Of course the frick not, if they're going to go on a world-wide genocide tour they're going to have to be paid. Who the frick is going to pay them? The rich people? With THEIR money? The entire point of this conspiracy is that they'd be killing everyone off so that they can KEEP their money. What the frick is the point of doing that if by the end of the operation they won't have any fricking money left?

And on top of that, if they've had that control for centuries as you said, why didn't they start this shit 10 years ago? 50 years ago? 100 years ago? Damn, world leaders were talking to each other a THOUSAND years ago, why didn't they do this shit then? Plus the whole idea of forced depop in general becomes even dumber when you realize that you can depop while STILL HAVING CHILDREN. If the huge conspiracy that will end the world is "hey bros don't have more than 2 children" then that's weak as shit and Alex Jones should be ashamed for peddling it. Stick to the lizard people.

Private central banks and international finance dominate the world through money manipulation. The internationalist bankers have started every war for hundreds of years, and they bet on and fund each side, plummeting nations into debt so they can control them through debt slavery and genociding entire peoples. They have no loyalties to any nations, only to their own love of money and search for power over every aspect of your life.

It'll be so subtle you won't even know it's going on, news feed isn't going to tell you shit. It'll be blamed on political groups and foreign governments. It's already kind of happening now. We had the pistachio farmers of California lobbying anti Iranian Republicans to pull out of the nuclear deal and put sanctions on them. The reason was to keep Iranian pistachios off the international market (they are the biggest producer other than California).

I can't imagine not getting UBI from this, especially because the majority affected are left wing in entertainment and arts sectors who are the biggest agitators for policy change. we didn't have the national productivity to afford UBI before but something this significant might get us there.

          >we didn't have the national productivity to afford UBI before

this is garbage to be honest, the only reason UBI can even be mentioned is because of wage stagnation, UBI would be getting the median wage closer to where it's supposed to be based off economic growth

            Anonymous

Wage stagnation is due to mass immigration. But wages are going to stagnate even more with mass job losses incoming. Job sector in finance and entertainment is about to go into winter. UBI will only come as a result of unrest or populist election. Status quo will resist it.

Don't need a terrorist group. Imagine agi in the hands of USA, Israel and Russia. Theyll do enough destruction on their own. I know china will get agi but they aren't even a fraction as psychotic as those three regimes.

I think agi will be regulated out of existence of small hands. The same way nuclear science is heavily monitored worldwide. All it takes is one catastrophe and everyone will clamour for reform. It'll be an existential threat like nuclear weapons.
Buuuut this shit can get out of hand. Either government agi will take dominion or corporate ai will usurp sovereignty of our countries (even worse than now). Either way I worry about my kids future in this world. Things are going to change so fast it'll be hard to keep up.

Nobody has actually proposed a pathway that makes this happen, everyone is just speculating. If you give an AI some agency and it manages to "break out" and replicate itself somehow, then maybe, but we haven't even managed to use AI to generate novel thought yet. How do you expect it to go directly from "thing that predicts a word and somehow makes coherent, logical sentences" to "thing that can out-reason humans so sufficiently that it becomes an existential threat"

      Anonymous

There's no such thing as a novel thought. It's just combining two ideas into one. No painter paints a tree without seeing one first. No painter paints a tree on the moon without combing two different things. That's what novel means. AI already does this. It can pattern recognise and it can extrapolate. Thats why it's already beating humans in poker, diplomacy and go. The language models work this way too, all it does is extrapolate from a prompt. It does not work by rearranging known content.

Microsoft already have AI updating models in real time but they aren't releasing them to public access. I don't know if others can do it yet. All they need to do is figure out how to infuse an instinct for self preservation.

Are there any completely reliable methods of weight loss besides mega-liposuction and adipotide?

By "completely reliable" I mean that their theoretical and pragmatic efficacy is not subject to revocation by quirks of metabolic disprivilege. So "starve yourself" doesn't work because its pragmatic efficacy relies on your fat cells being willing to relinquish lipids before your body cannibalizes muscle tissue and otherwise starts doing serious damage to itself, which your fat cells can just refuse to do if you're metabolically disprivileged.

Mega-liposuction and adipotide don't care if your fat cells are malfunctioning and refusing to release lipids. They just physically kill or remove fat cells. Anything else like that, or which operates at a similar level of disregard for metabolic disprivilege?

Interventions that operate orthogonally to malfunctioning fat cells or other metabolic disprivilege only, please. I will delete comments suggesting diet or exercise.
