Will there be a music neural network which takes a song as an input and which will then output .MID file that contains the notes for the song?
AI listened to it and from that deciphered how the song is made.
As you may be aware, most commercial songs do not have any kind of notes available so that people at home could play the same songs through piano. Instead people have to listen to songs and use their own ears in the hopes of learning the song.
If there was an AI who transmits a song into notation, there would be no need for a musically gifted person who needs to listen to the song to decipher notes.
Record companies would lose all hope of selling guitar tab books, piano notation books etc.

Principle for learning notes of a song: train AI with lots of songs first along with the notes of song. (Metallica song guitar tabs and piano notes are available so use preferably metallica)
Then you put in a unknown song and AI uses metallica knowledge to extract tabs from an unknown song

Don't you realize that modern recommendation algorithms DO target content for you specifically? But it requires your behavioral input such as likes, skipping content etc. The more behavioral data the better. When we get brain scan devices capable of measuring pleasure in real time, it's going to be over. Big tech platforms like Youtube do have algorithmic censorship and bias though, it's not fully optimized for enjoyment, hard to tell what each platform does.

Yes they do. Pretty much any vaguely popular song will have been transcribed as midi and probably as sheet music and guitar tab too. Transcription is a basic skill for any music student.
