Sure. When's it going to happen? Because the "AI Art" that you've been posting has been looking very same-y for quite a while now.

AI is branching out to 3D models, and not just images. Thought, the example of a Magic3D provided is admittedly samegay.

Didn't care for art before, why would I care that people even less skilled and less creative are also clogging up everyone's social media feeds with their "completely unique and creative" slop.
If anything the ultra smooth anime waifu trash will just become the new globohomosexual art style.

Ironically, I have a LOT of anime pictures and that's how I feel about AI art when used the way this website/most people use it. These are people who don't put their heart into it and want a product to consume and a bit of easy fame. It's a sludge pump.

And before anyone responds with a kneejerk reaction: No, I don't think furry/fetish/porn artists are good just because I don't like soulless slop that makes you feel special for 10 minutes.

3d AI...means 3d porn. Think of the possibilities.

Who's going to tag a large enough porn corpus for it to learn porn poses and animations?

          Anonymous

There is literally AI to tag everything now. There's a bunch of them already out.

            Anonymous

It's not like question/answer combos in LLMs where the "tags" (questions) automatically come with the desired output (answers). Or images, where there's a lot of websites with autistic taggers to spider. Which is what Stable Diffusion&co did.

The quality of existing video tag aren't nearly as good as image tags. It can not know "this section of a scene is a guy violently slapping a women in the face with his wiener" until a human tags it first. Maybe after the first couple hundred it can start trying to tag those scenes itself, but humans needs to bootstrap it.

At least musicians can still do live shows.
      It's fricking over for artists.

I don't really know if musicians are going to lose their jobs tbqh.
First because most of them already make their money on live shows and not digital sales/streaming.
Second because it's really fricking annoying to curate the output of a song, you have to listen to it for 2-3 minutes each time while it takes seconds to judge a picture.

I dont think people will prompt to the AI do the whole song, but smalls parts. Just like in normal music production.
i.e: give me a ska drum, give me a guitar riff.

I reckon music companies will absolutely be using ai to make whole songs. Their focus will transition into market studies to understand demographics and tailor songs directly to them. Similar to country pop music.

Kpop and 99.99% of rap may as well be made by AI already.

Jews protect their prized cattle, music isn't going to get touched for a long, long time.
AI music data sets will continue to be restricted to royalty free public domain samples and will only be used to make more royalty free public domain trash.

Anyone that says otherwise doesn't know how the music industry works.

I checked the kind of geometry they showed off and it's complete garbage. Impossible to modify using standard tools, importantly you would never be able to map, rig, or animate this. You might be able to use specialized tools to paint over the model at best, which would make it usable for things like ads or background pieces in 3d animation projects. However it's worthless for realtime or interactive contents or, as mentioned, anything that needs to be animated or deformed.

That's just the first iteration, it only generate a form. Once they figure out skeletons and anatomical logic it will be much cheaper than a 3d artist.

Besides half of the work and like 80% of models in a video game are static assets.

This will just force artgays to be actually creative.
For generic shit you can use Stable Diffussion, go check the general, everything is a copy of a copy with zero real creativity and innovation.
If you are a real artgay with creativity, you will survive.

Artgays are doomed, there's no way to make a living out of it anymore. Art is returning back to art which is inspired by emotion and something spiritual. It makes me very happy. I hate these people.
