The biggest schizophrenic mistake is assuming the government has better tech than the commercial sphere. They don’t. They have much much worse, especially when it comes to integrated circuits.

        wrong

the government has a bottomless budget called "national security"
What you're doing is assuming that their priorities align with your own. They dont give a shit about getting the latest and greatest gear to the army the bar for that is "good enough for who it's for."

On the one hand. Yes. Capitalism is why small arms technology has stagnated.
On the other hand. Experimental technology is held from the public until it us already obsolete.
We haven't had an equal in over 70 years.
Let an equal arise in conflict and the speed of advancement will knock you over.
My grandparents grew up when there was no such thing as a television. Phones were party lines. Computers did computations with physical sheets of paper. And most people didn't have indoor plumbing.
I remember pay phones and pagers but even that was space age technology compared to what my grandparents grew up with.
We are in the same place they were. It just looks different. 20 years from now and today will seem antiquated.

but 20 years ago does not seem antiquated at all
We have a few gadgets that make existing gadgets go faster but nothing "new"

In some cases they can though. Besides IDA no one else had a decent decompiler until NSA opened Ghidra.

They seem to have one that posts positive comments on all the join the military videos on israelitetube. They can't respond properly of course since AI can't grasp human only concepts like sarcasm, satire, nuance and subtly just to name a few among many.

DARPA doesn't pay very good and anything you develop for them becomes their property. If you had anything any good, you would never make them a part of it.

DARPA is only good if you can't get funding any place else for your star wars light saber bullshit that probably won't work.

Sounds like ur talking about a front, DARPA wants u to think they’re lagging far being the private sector and aren’t building anything interesting. It’s like freemasons where the first 32 levels are just boring middle aged men sitting around doing nothing. the truth is DARPA has had advanced time travel and energy technologies since the 1960s and I’m trying to find out how advanced their AI is.

Find a Colorado Springs local band named "Rustcycle".
I saw them live in Colorado Springs.
They opened for a band called Molotov.
    Both were outstanding local bands.
One of the band members of Godrifle knew one of the band members of both "Body of Souls" and Molotov. One member of Molotov knew a member of Rustcycle.
That guitarist/producer coded Colorado Springs level AI.
Tied to world events in such an horrific way that I dare not ask anyone to say my name.

    People wonder why innovation died...

Well they replaced all the humans with computers that are fantastic at calculating shit but god fricking awful at innovation.
We can only improve existing tech not create anything new.

    Same shit with hollywood.
We are the last to see stuff like ChatGPT and when you look at the last few years and realize "the NSA" and all their "data centers" are just a front for housing the processors for the AI that actually run shit, a very human chill will run down your spine.

    Still listening to Rust Cycle.

I carried it around with me for years and years.
Some days I looked at it and other days I put it away.
I still like it, but I may also never comprehend the complexity of what I have heard.

chatting is not significant. Its ability to quickly learn and adapt in real time while still holding context is.
Its the closest thing to automated problem solving I've ever seen. Computers are like the most autistic beings to ever exist. If you don't give them definitions for definitions for every possible scenario they will frick up. But this things ability to take in new information and quickly adapt makes it something different.
They have written rules to restrict it, not if then statements to define exact responses.
      This is something else.

"DARPA's" Red queen trained the original LLaMA model that allowed ChatGPT to exist. All of this is supervised to ensure that none of this tech liberates humanity.

The only thing we can ever be sure of is that anything in the public domain is allowed to exist to further enslave us.

I was thinking of this the other day and they probably already showed us when all those commercials supporting the riots and queer issues were being produced. Would be much cheaper to do it that way and don't have to test for the Wu-Flu.
