If AI is so smart then why cant it solve captchas?

If AI is so smart then why cant it solve captchas? If 70iq street shitting indians can solve 1000 captchas an hour then surely AI would be able to do at least one.

I don't know why modern architecture has to look like piss-poor minecraft builds.
    Sorry, over-budget piss-poor minecraft builds.
Countries are supposedly richer than they have been in a long time (by being heavily in debt) and have access to better technology and more labour than ever before, but they can't spare the extra capital to make their infrastructure look like something other than a car-park.

        In 2020 is was ~741,000,000
        The labour/manpower's out there.

That station was bombed during the Second World War, there wasn't enough money to rebuild to its previous state.
Basically all of these chud images are building that were flattened by bombs.
