Can IA replicate unique drawnings like shadman or other creators? All i see is some 2D generic shit that can be spot from a mile away, it's boring as frick

It tries to imitate shadman to an extent but it isn't there. The soul isn't there, it just isn't. Shadman was more than pinups

At the moment it can't displace very much real work, but might be an assistive tool. The issue is that it can't handle anything like the size of abstract model that a human can, and doesn't have the reasoning power. It's also really quite expensive, especially during the training phase. So it will ace fizzbuzz and other small stuff, but fall apart on a real codebase where a lot more specialized memory and learning is required. It can't go deep.
CE and EE aren't too different to programming in this respect, despite using different languages and models. Oh, and different costs of failure (outside of simulation) than software usually has. They're all things that require plenty of deep knowledge. (I work at a site that does hardware-software co-design, and I'm aware what the differences are.)

Interesting, what do you mean by deep knowledge?

      > The issue is that it can't handle anything like the size of abstract model that a human can
Yeah. I see people saying it's replacing programmers but give it something as simple as using a library and it falls flat on its face. Sure it will learn with time but something it can never learn is
      >and doesn't have the reasoning power
It's a machine. Always was and always will be. It will do its thing to get to the result and nothing else. It will never give any consideration to anything out of its scope.
If nothing else I for one welcome out new AI tool so I don't have to scrape the depths of the internet to find a crappy implementation of some algorithm or how to get the right components in place for a PCB or how to implement some weird communication protocol.
Let's hope the schools see this advancement and adjust accordingly.

Since the past 2 decades or so, almost all EE work was focused on getting a signal into a processor and running software on it.

90% of the analog work is either already figured out like power electronics, or done by galaxybrained PhDs like telco stuff.
