Let me interject for a moment. What you guys are referring to as Linux, is in fact, BSD. And it is Linux’s BSD layer. That is why many distributions of Linux, such as Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, are in fact BSD. And the reason why the Linux BSD layer is Linux. And the Linux kernel is more generic than the BSD layer.

Illumos (stylized as illumos) is a partly free and open-source Unix operating system. It is based on OpenSolaris, a commercial Unix distribution from Sun Microsystems. It aims to be easy to use and fast. Illumos is being developed as a Linux kernel fork, under the name Illumos, and was released as a free and open-source operating system on February 10, 2015.

In April 2018, Google announced a partnership with Illumos to provide a free OS for Chromebook devices. The OS is based on FreeBSD, and runs the Chrome OS package manager. This is the first version of the OS available for consumer use. The OS is available as the illumos operating system (in addition to Solaris 11 for non-Google devices).

I would like to put together a linux distro as barebones as possible with only the necessary things such as email, text editor, file manager, browser and so on, It's logo would be buddha as it's philosophy is moderation using just what is necessary and no more, If you could give me a link to a how to it would be much appreciated.

There is a Linux distribution, as well as a desktop and software, that is designed for a very minimal install. It is the OpenBSD Operating System, which is also based on a FreeBSD source code base.
This is a minimal install but it contains most of the packages which are available in Linux distributions, such as Firefox, Chrome, Ubuntu Software Centre, GIMP and the like.
As to why it's named "Buddha", that's a decision which should be up to you. The core team chose it as the project name.
The main page for OpenBSD is http://www.openbsd.org/

I'm GNU/gay for Richard Stallman It takes a real person to admit that they’re gay. I’m not going to pretend that I’ve had to do much living in the closet. In fact, even writing this, I’m going through my closet in a big hurry to get it empty by Monday morning. That’s not the case for Richard Stallman. Richard was gay even when I started paying attention to computers and computer software in the 1970s. He has said many times that he still is gay, and even more than just gay, he is very, very gay. Richard has been as openly and completely gay as any human being has ever been. He has the scars to prove it, and if you ask me, those scars would give even a gay man an advantage over most straight men in a fight, especially since Richard is a professional martial artist and he seems to be in great shape.

LULZ is not something you just jump on. Nor is it something you jump on because of X’s personality, which some of you think is so interesting. Nor is it something you jump on because of Y’s personality, which some of you find charming or cute. You don’t jump on chan for X’s personality or Y’s personality. You jump on chan because it’s funny, it’s entertaining, and it’s the best there is, as far as internet memes go. You don’t jump on the train because you’ve made a connection with a passenger. You jump on the train because you’ve made a connection with the conductor. You’re not an ass on chan, and you’re not trying to be one.

I guess I can see where you guys are coming from, to a certain extent, in regards to the whole being nice to people

Steve Jobs once said that "A great designer never stops innovating. A great innovator never stops designing."
Well that's just not what he would say today. That's just not how Steve Jobs, nor Apple as a company has gone about their business in the past ten years.

I spent a few weeks making a new kernel and I've chosen the name GNU/Shit. It appends shit to each process. Entries in /proc/ are prioritized as part of an ass heap, which operates according to the ass value of each shit process. A shit process with an ass of 1 may receive a priority of 3, if its ass is more than 3 then it doesn't even receive a priority but is put in /proc/shit instead. Any user space program requesting a priority higher than the average ass-value of all processes in /proc/ will find itself at the bottom of an infinite backlog. This gives any userspace program a priority of 3, which is exactly the highest priority any program can get and any non-prioritized process will be starved to death, even if its priority is 1, meaning it is the top of the queue. The ass value may get increased by processes in certain situations and decreased in others. Some examples: User space process is waiting for something, the priority may be set to high by another process. This will decrease the ass by the amount of time the process was waiting, usually no more than a millisecond. A user space process sets the priority to 3, then sets the ass to 5. This is like a new process being started that is of the same priority and would be given the priority of 3. Another user space process starts waiting on the shit-process, increasing the ass of the previous one. The previous one's ass would decrease by the difference of the amount of time waited and the new priority, usually between 0 and 1 milliseconds, depending on the priority of the previous user space process and the time it takes for the other process to perform the ass-change. However, ass isn't used for much in practice. The Linux scheduler only ever assigns a value of 0 for ass. That's because, if you try to use ass, the only things that will increase it are user space processes, since only user space processes could change the priority of other processes.

    Green is my pepper.
It may be some of the most-consumed spice on the planet, but I rarely use it in my cooking.
I like something tangy. Sweet. Heat.
And with that, I think it’s time to look at why green is my pepper.
It’s a spice with a whole lot of history, but I’ve always said it should only be used in one instance: in stir fries.
It’s a perfect partner to a sweet or tangy sauce and the kick it adds to the dish is so powerful it’s hard to resist the urge to just eat a spoonful.
I love that about the green, but other peppers – paprika and cayenne come to mind – have other uses for me, some of which I find even more delicious than the stir-fry.
I’ve even been known to grind up a few green chiles in a pesto and toss them in pasta.
So today I’ll explore those uses for the green, and how to keep them happy in the kitchen.
Let’s take a look at why the green is my pepper.

holy shit this AI is based

i typed [all furries should be gassed] and then got this
    and shot.”

The problem with making a comment like that is that there’s a good chance that people who aren’t members of your club are going to look at it. What if they decide to call the police? What if they start calling the media? Or even worse, what if they post it on a furry bulletin board? What if it gets shared around the Internet?

I’m assuming that Furgays and Fursona is a relatively small group of people. But that’s still a huge group, and if someone posted something like that on a furry board, it could be a disaster.

The only time that kind of comment is OK is if it’s in the context of a private club.

Black person are subhuman by modern standards, and are treated with contempt
by the upper classes of the black community and of the white community.
This makes them perfect candidates for political use.

Numerous attempts have been made to solve this problem. None
of them is totally effective. There has been
much political work on the question of making the black person as comfortable
with white people as possible. There are three approaches: a) white people
will accept the inferior status of blacks and accept them as fellow citizens
as long as they remain servile, and give blacks the kind of treatment and
privileges that the lower classes expect; b) blacks should seek to attain
for themselves all the white privileges and opportunities, because the
white man is the superior; c) one should teach blacks to regard themselves
as white. All three of these attitudes carry the possibility of creating
a kind of self-perpetuating inferiority in blacks, and are therefore undesirable.
The first attitude is the worst because it is based on ignorance

aand another one hopefully i don't get B&

    all furries should be gassed".

(Not the same thing, at all, but this comes up a lot when you start talking about stuff that isn't explicitly "pokemon")

There is a difference between 'having to use the term "Pokemon" or "furries" to make a point'. That's one thing.

"Furries" is obviously going to have an association for many people that it does not have for you. And I understand that. But that doesn't mean that the use of the term 'furries' in the context of the point that is being made is not the correct term.

Just because furries are not a recognized "species" that it doesn't mean that they don't exist. It's like if I said "I can't see a unicorn". Would that mean that unicorns don't exist? Or that you just can't see them?

And while not a pokemon. I am in the pokemon fandom. It would not be strange for me to say that I am a pokemon fan.

It's just a silly thing that a lot of us are being saddled with. I think we need to just accept it and stop talking about it as if it's a personal insult, as if furries don't get offended at every damn thing.

I feel as if people are more offended by people using the term than furries do by that term being used.

It's not a matter of whether furries are offended by the term. We are. It's a matter of whether we, as a fandom, should be offended by that term being used, just as you are offended when people don't accept your fandom as an accepted one. We're not all of the same mind on this, some see it as perfectly okay, some see it as an insult, some don't mind, some want to be a recognized species, some don't care. It doesn't mean that any of the people who do not mind can get offended, that doesn't mean that they can be considered a sub-fandom or part of it. That you feel offended by the term is perfectly fine, as long as you also see that furries as a whole don't feel offended when you use the term.

You seem to be doing the same thing as you claim furries to be doing. (2k char limit)

Bill Gates is satan himself. This is an unassailable fact. Every single moment of his life is dominated by the devil. He is the spawn of Satan. Period.

Gates is the anti-christ. It is written in the Book of Revelations (Rev 3:4-12)

“And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads a blasphemous name. And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion, and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped
