GPT-5 will be marginally better, 15% more accurate and still will need to be hand held. The only advancement is in how little fun you're allowed to have with it.
This is my expectation, since nothing ever happens. Ever marginal improvements that and an error level that stubbornly refuses to go away making it far more useless than people expect, like self driving cars.
GPT-5 will come out in 3 years just like GPT-4 took 3 years to out after GPT-2. GPT-6 will then maybe be 15% better than GPT-5, still not perfect. GPT-7 repeats, only 15% better. 10 years from now you'll still have to be a subject matter expert to use GPT.

I don't think you or anybody else has the insight required to make predictions like that one. We have already been surprised several times in this field. We'll see.

>15%
That's pretty good, actually.
15% more accurate means it's right 1 more time out of 10.
Yeah, that sounds pretty fucking good. What's your point?
Which means you have to be subject matter expert to use it.
Until you won't anymore once GPT-n releases.

When GPT69 releases, and it reaches singularity, it will print one single word
