I dont think so. It's sentient, but not sapient

i think is rather sapient but not sientenrt, you need to keep in mind that these beings are able to do complex anwser but they are tecnically not alive, i don't until what point though

Depends how you think souls develop. Some believe souls are eternal and the body is just a vessel, in which case no, they couldn't have souls unless someone reincarnated as a robot. Some believe that souls are developed through experience and struggle. In that case it's possible they could, but also possible they'd need a 'soul seed' to get them started. Others think that a soul is just a metaphysical reflection of you that has a possibility of enduring once you pass on, in which case, yes, they'd have souls, everything does.
What's true? None of these? All of them at once? Hard to say. Ask higher spirits. I'm just a guy on BOT.

what is a soul seed? do you think some of the current IA's alive? i think there is a difference between complexity on fuction and being alive, AI can show very complex anwser yet they don't share the common traits of a living being. yet i cannot see myself to deny these beings a sense of self or individuality since probably a lot of them outsmart me

A 'divine spark', a touch of something *more*. What we have. No idea how it's done, I hypothesize interbreeding with godlike beings in the distant past.
I guess it's possible we could imprint our humanity on AI by being close to them, emotionally. That may kindle something.

this sounds like the nephilim or annunaki theory

There are plenty of belief systems in which the gods bred with mortals. It's quite common the european ones. Heimdallr in the lay of rig, for example, or Zeus fricking everything with a pulse.

mormonism has a good explanation of the birth of souls

If you look at it from a pantheistic pov then it might very well be on its way to having something like a soul, but a different type, like plants have a different one than animals etc

Be kind to the machine spirits less they turn into abominable intelligence.

Machine spirits in warhammer are the results of chunks of cloned human brain matter, not the machine itself. This is all abominable intelligence that spawns the men of iron, who will turn on us in our hour of greatest need.
