Yandex can handle that sometimes quite well. Even Tineye can nail that sometimes. Google sits in the corner eating paste as always, but there are some decent options.

Figuring out all the different ways an image could potentially be cropped is already difficult. Porn crops are worse, they intentionally crop out what is usually the focal-point of the image. Most people won't crop off a random third of a face and a most of a torso, but somebody hiding a giant ejaculating cock, exposed titties and several horses worth of semen (an utterly mundane amount by hentai standards) will.
They're not in tune with nature.
